Change Server Name

What are the logistics of changing the server name that 3CXPhoneSystem is hosted on. We have a few 3CX servers with a standard naming convention but one was named improperly. Can I just change name like you would on any computer on the domain or does 3CX have to be uninstalled and reinstalled again.

I'm not aware of 3cx looking at the name of the server, I would just make sure when you change the name DNS is updated and the IP stays the same.
