Change status name and order

Hello,

i would like to know if its possible to change the name of the status and how to remove a status from client view.
My client just needs "Available, Away and Vacation".. i know i can change the name of a status under settings->parameters but i dont know how to delete one.

You can edit the Custom 1 and Custom 2 statuses as per our 3CX Academy section: https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/videos/intermediate/configuring-extensions/

To edit them, you can find these under Settings >> General in the Management Console:

But how do I remove statuses from the list?

Hi @dostro,

There is no way to remove statuses, they come with the PBX. There is no way to remove the status. DND is used by the system when autoswitching the PBX out of office hours and more, so it cannot be removed.
