Change status to "Away" when user shutdown workstation

Hi everyone,

we would like to know why is not possible to change automatically status when user logoff session or shutdown the computer.

We can't use office hours and we don't use the smatphone app.

At the moment even if you shutdown the PC the status is still green and all persons think you’re still available.

The status of the extension does not change when the client shuts down. The client will eventually lose registration however and the extension should become unregistered if no Puish is enabled for that extension. You could have the users change status before shutting down their PC's or alternatively you could post this a feature request on https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/3cx-ideas/ . All posts are reviewed by their corresponding Departments and, if feasible and voted for by other users as well, may be implemented in an upcoming service pack or update.
