Let's say I have Superman working in room C202, so his extension is 3202. He logs into the 3CX web client using his [email protected] Microsoft account.
Later, Superman gets promoted and Batman takes over that room. I want to keep the extension for that room the same, so I go to the user in 3CX admin and change the name to Batman and the email to [email protected]. Then I reprovision the user.
However, after doing that, Superman logins in with his Microsoft account, and it still shows he has access to extension 3202. When Batman tries to login, the 3CX web client page refreshes, but doesn't login or anything else.
Am I doing something wrong? Is this the expected behavior? Or does it just take a few hours to sync? I'd rather not have to fully delete the extension.
