Change voicemail behavior

Hello,

is there any way to change the voicemail behavior ?

Currently the caller has to press buttons to record or stop recording the message and also has an option to call the operator.
Is there an option for just playing a single tone and a prompt saying ,,speak your message after the tone" ?

Hello @dustycr,

You can do that by replacing the voicemail prompt with your recorded prompt. So when someone is forwarded to voicemail he/she will hear your message and then the tone. Please do note though, that the options of pressing * or # cannot be disabled.
