Change Voicemail Greeting Remotely

Morning,

The new Android 3CX Client does not seem to be able to update VM recordings remotely. I have an executive travelling who wants to change their VM greeting, but I cannot see how to do it. We used to be able to change it, but the latest version seems to have lost this ability.

Any tips?
