Changes in WAN configuration, will it impact existing installation?

In a couple of weeks, I will be moving from FTTC to FTTP with a new provider.

This will come with a change to my WAN's static IP address, I will continue to have a static IP address it will just be a different IP. Will this impact my service? If so in what way and what precautions do I need to make when switching?

This has also to be changed in the PBX. To do so:

• Navigate under the Management Console >> Settings >> Network
• Set the system to Dynamic IP
• Restart the services of the phone system
• When the PBX detects the new IP address go back in Network Settings set the IP to Static and add the new IP
• Restart the services once again.

This will update the settings in the DNS in order to resolve to the new IP.
