Changing a username for extension

Hoping someone has gone through this and can help. With my recent turnover/new-hires, I attempted to change the name on the extensions being used. in the past this has worked, however it looks like there's been an update since the last time I've done this. I am able to see the changes, however the correct/new name does not display on our phones. It still shows the previous users' names. Is there an easy way to correct this, I really don't want to set up as a new user if I do not need to.

You reboot the phone yet? Most phones only download the phonebook during boot.

I did try to reboot one of the two. It did not help. Should I reboot all or just the extensions that had changes made to them.

Some phones will take 24hrs to update their phonebook, some others will need a restart.

So just reboot all if you want the changes to show up immediately.
