Changing Destination In recording list

Hi Guys

Is there a way to change the way the destination shows under the recordings tab? When looking through the recordings, when a call has been "Pickup a call" dial code is used to grab a call ringing at another extension. Under recordings it shows the Dial code *20* instead of the actual source number

can we change this to show the source number?

Also, when clicking on "date" to organize recordings by date. Nothing changes.

I am afraid this cannot be changed when using *20* as there is a re-invite sent from the extension that is trying to pick the call up to *20* in order to pick the call up.

Also, when clicking on "date" to organise recordings by date. Nothing changes.

This is a known issue in SP2 but it has been resolved in the just released SP3.
