I've just factory reset and provisioned out some Yealink T41P handsets with 3CX but am getting a "Permission denied!" error when I click on the DSSkey tab.

Is it possible to add DSS keys on Yealink T41P handsets via web UI or does the firmware version that 3CX lock this functionality down?

Hi John,

Anything you try adding manually into the phone itself will be overwritten by 3CX so it will not be possible I'm afraid.

3CX does all the provisioning for you, so the recommended (and supported) way of doing it is either by editing your 3CX extension in the management console and defining your entries from the BLFs tab:

or if you prefer to use your 3CX Desktop app / Webclient you can go to Settings > BLF

Of course the phone will then need to be reprovisioned, which can be done either by simply rebooting it from the handset, or by selecting it in the management console and clicking Re-provision
