Solved changing my fqdn after installing 3cx

I had a demo that beacame a pro lic but now I have a mandate to make sure the fqdn needs to be custom. what is the best method to do so . I am currently running on GCP.

i have the dns, config and the ssl certs are in place on the server.

Hi,

Full backup without FQDN and Key
Release FQDN on customer portal
Uninstall
Install from backup
This will enable to to re enter the key and select new FQDN

If you run

apt-get purge 3cxpbx
apt-get update
apt-get autoremove

it will Clear everything and you can make any changes you want then

apt-get install 3cxpbx
