Changing On-Hold Music.

Is it possible to change the 'On-Hold' music for the 3cx system?

Yes. In V9 you can even have 5 different types to play randomly.

Go to Settings > General and on the General tab you can choose them.

By the way.

We find the best results for recording new wav files for 3cx is to use Audacity (it is free).
