changing registration email address (no access to email)

Hey fellow 3CX users and partners,
Glad to be part of the forum.

I need to update a 3CX License Registration email address but am unable to do so. (License Settings > Registration Details)
We don't have access to the email that's listed in Registration Details so we're unable to login via customer portal with that email to update it. Since there's no access to the email address, we're also unable to recover or change the password.

Is there another way I can update the email address?
