Changing Status of an Extension via the Management Console

A user set their extension to Do Not Disturb, they are out of the office. Is there a way, as the admin, via the Mgmt Console, I can change this user's extension status to Available? I do not know this extension's user password to login via the webclient and I do not want to ask someone to physically change the status using buttons on the actual phone set.

You can do this in various ways, either from the management console, admin console, or even from the team view of your webclient if you have an extension with the appropriate rights.

From the management console, you can select the user under the user's section, and from the status button, choose the status you wish to set the user status to:
