Changing the language of a user

Hello,
How can I change a user's language from the administration console?

I can't find it. I have to log in with the user's information to do so, which isn't very convenient.

The Language setting is not on the 3CX, it is application based.
You will need to set this in any application you use.

However, the user receives email notifications in the language of their web interface.

The key term is user impersonation. But anyway, the user can change it by himself to the language he wants.

The messaging language should be part of the base department the user is set.

The 3CX system will not be able to choose any language if the Windows APP is set to German, and the WebClient is set to English on the same account!?

I am having similar issue.

1) How can i list in bulk extensions language settings? If i export extensions as CSV, the column Language is reflecting its IP Phone language configuration, not extension itself
2) How make a bulk extension language change?

The issue is triggered by some end-users complaining they were receiving missing calls notification in English, instead of Portuguese, they are based in Brazil.

You cant... The standard email language is set during install of the pbx. After that each user can set it's own language in the webclient. If the user dont want to do it by himself, you need to impersonate each user and change the language.
