Changing the prompt to leave a message from *

Hi there,

I was wondering if there was a way to change the button of the prompt to leave a message.

For example, the message says " Sorry we are busy stay on the line or press 1 to leave a message".

Ive looked through the parameters and system prompts, but i dont really know what im looking for.

If you want to use * instead of 1, this is not possible

i want to change the button you press to leave a message. Like the default is * and i want to change it so people press 1 and has the same effect.

I think voice mail menus are hard coded in pbx software, so this is not available for users to change this, the only thing you can modify is the audio files, you can register new messages in a new set of prompt and use them instead of default from 3cx

As above, you cannot change the button , just the message
