Channel usage report not functioning

Hey Team,

Elastix Version: 2.4.0.2

Anyone direct me in the direction of what to check or verify as to why my "Channels Usage Report" is non-functional? None of the graphs display any information, it hasn't since install so I'm just now getting around to figuring out why it isn't working.

Any help would be grateful,

Hey team,

Maybe I've asked something that has been asked a million times but I'm not finding the million answers. I've installed version 2.5.0.1 and having issues still with the billing portion. Am I to believe for the "billing report" under tab "Reports" that it is independent of a2billing or must I have it (a2billing) set up? I guess I'm not understanding what needs to be set up or fixed so that the graphs will display the channel (and other info) usage, and the "billing report" (not a2billing) does not display any info under any criteria...

Are others having this same issue? Please help by telling what you did to correct it.
