I've searched for a 3cx chat api but can't find anything conclusive as to whether it exists or not. I am looking primarily for the ability to send a chat message from an external program to a user or group, receiving a message is not required at this time. can this be done? can I get a link to the location of the chat api docs, etc? thanks!
