Solved Chat Box blurry

Hi there,
i installed 3cx on my Wordpress homepage but i can't write or call because Chat box is blurry what can i do?
Please i am waiting for your response.

Hi @aafrigo,

Have you checked that your link is correctly input in the Wordpress plugin? Any typos will cause the button to grey out.

Can you reach your management console from the same PC that you're trying to access your chat from?

Can you PM me your license key? The first 8 characters will be sufficient.

Can you log in to your customer portal (you would have received an email with the login credentials) and have a look under "Subscriptions" for the license key, then PM me the details?

your machine has been un-parked. As I can see you have already been notified via email that your machine was not actively used and it will be parked but no action was taken from your side.
