Chat bubble can not be clicked

I reinstalled my 3CX plugin and webaccount. On my webpage, I can see a faint (transparent) Chat bubble, but it cannot be clicked.
The plugin seems to work fine otherwise. The webaccount is active, the plugin is linked.

Can anyone help?
