A couple quick questions on the live chat for Wordpress with V20.
If nobody replies to the chat can it time out and say sorry? Direct them to a link or email or something?
Is there a way to have email pop up with the chat/call icons so we can combine the ways they can contact us?
Is there any way to customize the websites visitor experience with a developer or?
