After updating to 3CX v20, I noticed that when exporting chat logs, the exported file does not contain the actual chat contents. Only metadata (e.g., timestamps, sender details) appears, but the messages themselves are missing.
I have tested this on multiple instances and with different user roles, but the issue persists. The export function worked fine in previous versions.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a workaround, or is this a known bug that 3CX plans to address?
