Solved chat icon stays blurred on the website

Hello,

Busy all morning to get the chat back to work. I made a change to the message shown and since then the chat is not active any more, and I can't find anywhere to get it activated again. I get a forbiden sign when I go over it.

yes the website is there, and the chat is working in the app but just not on the website. The icon is there but not visible or usable.

What is your error in dev mode?

I solved the problem, the link in wordpress was different, I made some changes. Al is working well again.
