Chat in Web browser playing notification sound even when disabled in settings

Hello,

Having issues with the Chat feature in the Web browser. Every time I receive a message, I get the guitar sound. I would prefer to just get the visual notification and not the audio one. I know on the 3CX desktop application, there is a function to disable the sound altogether. However, for the Web version, I can't say the same. In the settings where it says 'play chat notification,' I have that unchecked, but even then I still hear the notifications of the messages coming through, and I'm not exactly sure what more can be done to remedy this.

Could it be the Windows/Chrome notification sound?

I just tried these settings:


and the Windows Notification does show. The guitar sound is not played, just the more subtle Windows sound which is the default for all Win Notifications.

Mind you, this is V18 so I would suggest trying it there.

Also I used Chrome latest version as that may affect things too.
