Chat Logs / Messages won't show pictures

We are running the latest update with Chat Logs. I've checked on multiple systems we have running Linux V18 3 461. Only 55 sms or chats have been sent and only a few are pictures. So the purge setting of 12 months is not an issue we have plenty of storage. When I click on a file .jpg that was sent nothing happens.
