Chat not closed

Hi support

i've got a user who send an SMS in october 2024.

3CX is set to close chat after a day.

Users are unable to send another SMS And it says its still open with this extension.

How can I clear this?

Login as that user and close it.

One to one chats are not auto-closed. Only inbound queue/ring group chats.
