chat not working on firefox

i installed plugin today it is works fine when i visit my site on chrome , but when i use firefox or internet explorer chat icon dose not appear .
what i should do to fix this problem ?

Hi,

The plugin works fine in all major browsers.

First make sure you are using the latest version of Firefox. If not update to the latest version. If the problem persists, check the browser's console to see whether there is any JS error produced. Maybe one of the plugins you are using is causing the issue. It could also just be a styling issue of your theme causing this.
