Chat-Sound dauerhaft deaktivieren

Hallo an Alle,

kann man in einem Chat den Chat-Sound bei Eingang einer Benachrichtigung dauerhaft deaktivieren?

Ich stelle diesen aus, aber beim nächsten Neustart ist der Chat-Sound wieder eingeschaltet.

We checked this and the settings that you show in the screenshot are persistent, meaning that on next load of the client, they will remain as they were before.

These settings are stored in the "%appdata%\Roaming\" folder of Windows. Are you sure you are not clearing this folder on every Windows boot, or something else is re-writing this file?

The exact file where these settings are stored is:

%appdata%\3CXPhone for Windows\3CXPhone.xml
