Chat survey with WordPress plugin

is there any way to enable chat survey with the WordPress plugin?

Hi @Karam,

Are you using the 3CX version or the Standalone version of the plugin? In the Standalone version there is a User Experience section under the Chat Box tab, which can be used as a post chat survey, but in the 3CX version there is not.

@Karam, in that case, at the moment there is no chat survey at the moment.
