Chat transcript from live-chat plugin [wordpress]

Hi there, I've integrated the live chat plugin of 3cx in my wp website and everything seems to work well. I just wanted to know if I can add chat transcript [where at the end of chat person can get the whole chat in email or download from their side] feature in it for better enhancement of live chat for visitors I'm right now on free version of 3cx.
