ChatGPT Voice and SMS Integration, please!

Here's a great idea that will rocket 3CX in so many ways!

Enable an integration with ChatGPT (or similar AI's) that support a custom built knowledgebase so callers and texters can have an intelligent conversation with the AI bot to get the information they need from the company they're contacting. Oh, this could also work with the 3CX web chat plug-in too. So many ways to make $$ from this including helping companies build their AI KB. Definitely the next evolutionary step, and just in time to make things very interesting again! Also a phenomenal way to reinforce the benefit of 3CX at the core of communications.

The amount of dev required for this would not make sense to 3CX IMO.

This is more niche than you may think.

You're looking at the cost and effort instead of the profit. With all the features and functions already present in 3CX, it's well positioned to leverage AI.

That’s very easy to implement with a single API token.
We only need a default user to take the chats and a way to implement it by 3CX devs
