Hi Jay,

The contact form seems to be working fine, could you explain what the issue is in more detail? Alternatively, you can email our Partner Service Team at [email protected].

The submit button is always grey and I can't seem to submit my request.

USER ERROR (of course). The system can't handle uppercase email addresses. My submission seems to have worked this morning. Now I'll wait for the reply.
