Checking voicemail results in Playfile Calls

When playing voicemails, I seem to have an extrastep of getting a call from "PlayFile". Is this avoidable ?

My Call History gets junked up pretty quickly. And I feel it's an extra step having to pick up a call, I clearly wanted, because I clicked the play button.

Sorry, not avoidable. It is necessary if you want to hear a stored audio file as it is played back by the 3CX media server.
