Choose between deskphone and app

Hello
if my client is in the office, he wants to use his deskphone and his 3cx app must be quit. When he is on the road, he wants to use the app, and the deskphone must be quite.
what is the best way to arrange this?

Hi @Laurens Bol,

You can inform your client to use the 'Accept Push Notifications' option in status profiles. When the option is on, the device is notified and rings for calls and chats via Push messages, e.g. when you're out of the office. Turn it off when at the office and you can use a deskphone without the need to quit the app on the device. You can set the option by editing a status profile, either via the app or via the WebClient in 'Settings' > 'Call Forwarding'.
