Chrome can't access the 3CX web site on new computer builds.

The latest version of Chrome doesn't appear to include the intermediate site certificates used by 3CX (GeoTrust).

This means that the web site is blocked, and V15.5 installs fail.

I've had this happen on 2 new computers we just built to be phone servers.

There's a bit of traffic on the web about this, that Google has removed a bunch of certs they don't approve of, GeoTrust being one of them.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Are you using your own ssl certificate as 3CX uses let’s encrypt ssl certificates

I built a new server last week, no issues with 3cx let’s encrypt ssl and chrome

What version of 3cx are you installing - as you need to be running 15.5 sp6

Which website are you referring to? 3CX does not use GeoTrust certs for installations and it doesn't connect client side to any service using that either.

Just installed on Win 8.1 using Version 69.0.3497.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) and everything was OK.

I know the issue you're talking about, but I have not seen it on any 3cx sites. It looks like their cert was renewed after the Google / Digicert issue so it should be good.

I'm on Chrome Canary - build 71.0

What sites / part of the install is failing? License verification?
