Chrome extension doorphone

Hello,

When we answer with video to a call from the doorphone, the video works and that cool, but we cannot access to the keyboard anymore, so we cannot open the door (via DTMF).

Please provide the following details

• Which browser you were using
• Doorphone model and firmware version
• PBX version
• How you access the webclient (FQDN or IP) ?
• Where is the PBX? (local network with the doorphone or remote or hosted pbx)

The problem is when the call is answered, when I click on the keyboard nothing happen

This device is not yet supported, but I would recommend to disable the chrome extension completely and see if it works in normal webclient mode at least. Can you send DTMF to it this way?

Hello,

That's works in chrome extension in audio call (we can access to keyboard and press DTMF). We have the same issue between a Yealink T58 and chrome extension, when the call is answered with video the keyboard seeams to be disabled.
