I am running 3CX Version 20.0 Update 4 (Build 487 Release). One of my end users has a Grandstream HT801 ATA (with an attached analogue handset) in their office but normally accesses the system via the web client - especially when working from home. They use a ChromeOS based laptop to run the web client.
Everything had been working fine for many months until this week. Now they can't answer inbound calls from the web client. The dialler doesn't pop up and, if you open it manually, the green button (to answer the call) is greyed out. They can answer the calls from the handset.
Rebooting the laptop appears to resolve the problem but only for a few minutes after which the problem returns.
A web client running in a Chrome browser on a Windows based laptop doesn't experience the same problem which suggests it's in some way connected with the browser on the ChromeOS machine.
Could it be connected with push notifications and/or certificates? Any troubleshooting tips would be very much appreciated.
