Chrome PWA not notifying. How to fix please?

Notifications are turned ON, but the user gets none. Setting has been toggled etc. Uninstall and reinstall? If yes, what is the suggested uninstall method please?

You may also want to check if the computer's notification settings are allowed for whichever browser you installed the 3CX PWA

on.

Please can you document this in far greater detail? My customer has 6 seats that do not notify and in the absence of clear instructions I am just randomly clicking buttons in the hope that something will work!

Also explicit UNinstall instructions please! (in case one wants to swap from Edge to Chrome or whatever)

I've been experimenting and it seems that notifocations are NOT automatically enabled in the Edge PWA - this should be part of the documentation I think?
