cisco 504 idle screen

does anybody know how to make the fourth soft key be the missed call key instead of the dnd key, this is what i have at the moment

When you have a missed call it automatically does this, but I assume you want this at all times. I have a 504 in my office, I will play around with this and let you know what I see.

ok thanks for doing that. do you have your 504 set up to do anything else special like global phone book or xml services?
