I didn't want other people signing into their 3cx MyPhone and being able to see who I am on the phone with. Also, with the old phone system, I was able to group a number of extension in one group so that I could send one group voicemail as opposed to leaving a voice mail for 10 individuals. It is alot easier if the 10 people were in one group assigned to an "extension". Is that possible with the Cisco SPA540G telephones?
