CISCO 525 Display for second call

When using the SPA family of phones on 3CX we have this issue: You can not see the CID of the second caller to a phone in use? Is there a way to display who is calling if you are already on the phone?

What are you seeing on the display? Have you modified the template? I have hundreds of 525's deployed and you can see the caller ID of the second incoming call while on the phone. You need to have the phone set to accept multiple calls and if the phone is in a ring group you need to set the ring group to use the phones busy status in advanced parameters.
