CISCO 6851 3cx V20

Hi all,
we have an issue with the phone in object, after the update to v20, is no more possible transfer the call to another device.
I know that the phone is no more supported by 3cx.

Someone know how to solve? Some new procedure to do it?

which firmware version are you using? Do you have a screenshot of how you have configured the phone?
