cisco 7910 / sccp phones

Does the software support sccp clients - some Cisco phones can be reprogrammed with sip so its my only optnion!

Not sure what you want exactly, but i think this will answer your question. 3CX works only with SIP devices, so you would have to turn your Cisco Phones SIP compatible

As stated above, some Cisco devices cannot be reprogrammed - does this leave me with going back to Asterisk

No, if you will buy other IP SIP Phones. I would recomend to get SIP Phones and continue with 3CX
