Trying to upgrade some Cisco 7940/7960 phones with the latest 3CX supported firmware (8.5.4s). Phones are currently on version 8. My understanding is that we need to go to 8.3.3s before we can jump to 8.5.4.
Can anyone post the 8.3 firmware? Running into a lot of roadblocks getting it from Cisco. They require a support contract, which I do not have.
