Hi All.
As part of our ongoing learning curve!!!! - we have purchased a Cisco 7940 IP phone (Ebay - 2nd Hand).
When we connect it to our switch (Part of an SBS2003 Domain) and power it on - the LCD comes up with - 'configuring VLAN' - 'Configuring IP' and then it stays on 'Protocol Application Invalid'.
I have reset the phone to no avail....
I have done a little research and have setup the DHCP Set Define Option 150 and we have installed TFTP on the server - but from here were lost....
Does anyone know whats going on and what can help.
Thank you
