Hi,

That phone is not supported by 3CX nor is it tested. What I can suggest is that you follow the guide below and try and match the settings. Also it will be helpful to others if you advise the outcome of your test.

Hi,

I've had limited success with this in the past but have not tried this recently. These phones do have a reputation of being difficult to use with 3CX.

I have a 7940 working with 3CX (no BLF functionality). Was you looking for something specific?
