I need to configure this phone with 3cx any help ?

Manually is the only way you can do this - it does not exist on the supported list:
https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/

SIP username, ID, Password and registrar needs to be taken and manually configured into the phones web interface.

if you know that phone it dose not have web interface it needs xml file to be added into the phone thats it

Perhaps it's best way to change for supported phones if you don't have a lot to change
