Cisco Meraki with hosted 3CX provisioning doesn't work properly

we have hosted 3CX PBX, we are having an issue provisioning

Are there any settings that need to be addressed on the Meraki firewall (the PBX hosted by 3CX)

For another system we have behind Fortinet we needed to disable ALG and it is working, again the PBX hosted on 3CX servers

Do any settings on the Cisco Meraki need to be addressed?

Meraki don't have SIP ALG, so you shouldn't have to do anything. Just make sure outbound 443 TCP is not closed so the devices can provision.
