Cisco router 1800 - Range port forwarding

I am trying to config port Forwarding for a range of 3CX Ports on Cisco 1800 series router with no sucess.
Please see my last attempt below

ip nat inside source route-map 3CX_NAT_MAP interface FastEthernet0/1 overload
ip nat pool 3CX_POOL 192.xxx.xxx.xxx 192.xxx.xxx.xxx netmask 255.255.255.0 type rotary
ip nat inside destination list DEST_LIST pool 3CX_POOL
!
ip access-list extended DEST_LIST
permit tcp any any range 5000 6000
permit udp any any range 9000 9500

FasterEthernet0/1 is my interface with Public IP

Anybody out there with a better easy way?
