Cisco SPA 303 language files

Hi to all,
I have a problem when I provision the Cisco Spa 303 phones. I can't change the language.

I followed here this procedure:

downloaded also from cisco site updated firmware and language dictionaries

then I uploaded the files in the firmware/cisco folder but nothing happens when I reprovision/restart the phone. The phone stays in english.
Any solution ?

Hi,

please make sure that the Cisco phone is on firmware 7.5.5 , then go on the Management Console >> Phones>> Select the extension >> Press Firmware upgrade and re-download the firmware again.
By doing this you will download the firmware with the language package.
